He authored a comprehensive 32 page booklet outlining what to do if you have been in a traffic accident entitled "Victim of a Traffic Accident?"
Stephen Recordon received his BA Degree in Business Administration. He has served the community as a Judge (Pro Tem), hearing small claims cases in the Chula Vista Court. Recordon & Recordon has been recognized by the legal community for its public service commitment.
